Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are an international company headquartered in China, engaged in the rental of aerial work platforms and construction materials (such as scaffolding). We have a branch in KSA and are currently seeking an experienced Sales manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling leasing business of products such as scaffolding
2. famework、construction equipment machines, etc.
3. Establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer relationship files, expand business channels, and achieve annual business targets.
4. Follow up on the recovery of funds for related leasing business and project engineering business and reduce bad receivables.
5. Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
6. Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.
7. Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
8. Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
9. Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
10. Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
11. Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.
