Position: Business Development Manager – 3PL Logistics

Role Overview

GPL Express is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to acquire and close new clients for our 3PL services, including warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. This role is target-driven and requires a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for:
  • Warehousing & storage
  • Order fulfillment (pick & pack)
  • Last-mile delivery (B2B & B2C)
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, and networking
  • Actively target e-commerce, retail, and distribution businesses across Saudi Arabia
  • Conduct client meetings, present logistics solutions, and close deals
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and service execution
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, fulfillment, and delivery operations
  • Existing network in e-commerce or trading sectors is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
  • Valid driving license preferred
