Job Description

To promote and sell John Crane products and services and other product range to meet and exceed sales targets.


•Manage and maintain all aspects of customer contracts


•Serve as the primary point of contact for contract‑related matters


•Pursue sales leads and conduct regular customer visits (existing and new)Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services


•Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support


•Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations with internal teams


•Promote John Crane technologies, service solutions, and offerings across all KSA accounts


•Support tender reviews and collaborate with Customer Service and Logistics to define pricing


•Conduct customer training and assist with troubleshooting at customer sites


•Coordinate logistics, expedite urgent material requirements, and resolve rejections


•Manage all account activities through the CRM system (C4C) with full compliance


•Support cash collection activities and internal departments to meet customer expectations


•Work with Engineering teams on investigations, recommendations, and proposal development


Gather and share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback



Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with strong technical understanding of John Crane products


•3+ years’ experience in engineering and technical sales within multinational or multicultural environments


•Strong account management, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, with disciplined CRM usage (SAP C4C preferred)


•Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage; committed to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
