Job description

This role is responsible for leading the media buying team, planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, and monitoring client ad account performance to ensure the best possible results according to the defined marketing and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the media buying team, assign tasks, and monitor the quality of daily execution.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X when needed.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CVR, CPM, CPC, and AOV.
  • Review daily and monthly budget plans and ensure alignment with performance targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for optimization and scaling.
  • Supervise A/B testing for ads, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
  • Review ad accounts and ensure proper tracking setup, events, pixels, and UTM tracking.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for management and clients, highlighting results, challenges, and next steps.
  • Train and develop team members and improve their analytical and execution capabilities.
  • Stay updated with advertising platform changes and apply best practices within the team.
  • Handle ad account issues, ad rejections, performance drops, and spending limitations.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and align with the Saudi market context.
