4. Maintain accurate records of mixing operations, including batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and production times, to ensure traceability and compliance with industry regulations.
5. Train and mentor junior operators on best practices in mixing techniques and safety protocols, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
6. Implement safety measures and protocols in the mixing area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to protect team members and maintain a safe working environment.
7. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing operations, contributing to the documentation and refinement of processes for increased efficiency.
