Purpose of the Job
The Investor Relations & Reporting Manager is responsible for the company's investor relations, reporting and external communications related to financial performance. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant disclosures to the market, supports earnings and investor engagement, and enhances transparency and credibility with investors, and analysts.
Key Accountabilities
1. Investor Relations execution
· Execute the company's Investor Relations strategy, including positioning, messaging, and engagement plans with investors and analysts.
· Support the line manager in terms of communication with investors, analysts, and rating agencies; respond to queries in a consistent and controlled manner.
· Organize and manage:
- Earnings calls and presentations
- Investor/analyst meetings and roadshows (local & international)
- Conferences and investor events
· Monitor market perception, analyst reports, shareholder base trends, and peer benchmarking to inform management decision-making.
2. Disclosure & Communications
· Coordinate and review financial performance disclosures and announcements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable disclosure obligations.
· Draft, review, and finalize:
- Tadawul announcements (financial results)
- Investor presentations & fact books FAQs and
- Earnings presentations.
· Ensure disclosure is consistent across channels (Tadawul, IR website, presentations, press releases) and aligned with approved governance.
3. Financial Reporting (Management Reporting)
· Prepare periodic reporting packages including:
- Monthly management reports
- Support on preparing Board and its subcommittee's presentation in direction of the line manager.
- ensure external reporting aligned with audited/approved numbers and internal performance story.
- Support the annual/sustainability reports process including integration of financial related disclosures.
- Provide variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast)
- Provide insights on financial performance, Market trends & Competitive positioning
4. Investor Relations Content & Systems
· Maintain investor relations sections of the corporate website, ensuring: up-to-date disclosures, investor materials archive, financial statements and presentations.
· Maintain IR databases (investor contacts, meeting logs, shareholding analysis).
· Ensure appropriate documentation and archiving of investor communications (for auditability and governance).
· Track, follow up, and resolve shareholder inquiries in a timely manner once received.

· Accurate and timely quarterly and annual investor communications
· High-quality earnings presentation, script notes, Q&A preparation
· Compliant Tadawul announcements with robust internal approvals
· Investor targeting and engagement plan, with measurable outcomes
· Regular shareholder base analysis and peer benchmarking
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
· Preferred: MBA, CFA, CPA/SOCPA, or equivalent professional certifications.
· 6-10 years of experience in investor relations, financial reporting, corporate finance, audit, or capital markets.
· Proven experience in a listed company environment or with exposure to listed-company reporting requirements.
· Strong understanding of IFRS and external reporting cycles.
· Strong stakeholder management experience with investors.
· Accurate and detail oriented without losing the big lines; business acumen
· Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines
· Professional attitude: commitment to strong work ethics, integrity and honesty
· Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Office programs, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Languages: Arabic, English fluent (spoken, reading and writing)
Key Competencies
· Ability to translate financial performance into clear investor messaging.
· Excellent business writing and presentation skills (Arabic/English preferred).
· Strong understanding of disclosure principles (materiality, timing, consistency).
· Strong project management and deadline discipline (tight quarterly cycles).
· High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism (handles price-sensitive information).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident in investor-facing settings.
