Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth integration.
  • Assist with employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Coordinate HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar administrative role
