Job description

The HR Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within an organization. This position is responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. They will work closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development plans.

  6. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  7. Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent.
  9. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing workplace safety policies.
  10. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions.
