Job description

Job Description:

IT Coordinator:

  • Support internal IT operations, assist with system troubleshooting, and ensure smooth tech functionality across departments.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • Basic knowledge of IT support tools and software
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment

 

Accounts / HR Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to our finance and HR departments, help with documentation, data entry, and coordination.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or HR
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 

Social Media & Content Creator

  • Create engaging content, manage social media pages, and help boost our brand’s online presence.

 

Requirements:

  • Creativity and passion for digital media
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Basic design or video editing skills is a plus

 

Skills

Position Title:              Emiratization - IT Coordinator, Accounts/HR Assistant, or Social Media Content Creator (2 Vacancies)

Employment Type:      Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

Working Hours:          9 hours per day (1-hour break)

Salary:                        up to 9.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:            Wafi Mall or Dubai Mall
