We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth integration.
Assist with employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
Coordinate HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar administrative role
Nationality: Egyptian
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
