Job description

Facilities Engineer


  • Lead and manage preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems (MEP, HVAC, etc.)
  • Review maintenance strategies to ensure optimal asset performance
  • Analyze technical issues and provide engineering solutions
  • Ensure compliance with FM standards, KPIs, SLAs, and HSE requirements
  • Support client coordination and technical reporting


Technical Engineer


  • Provide technical support for FM operations and maintenance activities
  • Review technical submittals, method statements, and maintenance procedures
  • Support troubleshooting of MEP and building system issues
  • Monitor asset performance and recommend technical improvements
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper execution of maintenance works
  • Review and validate technical reports and service documentation
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and FM best practices


Facilities Supervisor


  • Supervise daily FM operations and maintenance teams on site
  • Monitor PPM schedules and reactive maintenance completion
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure service quality
  • Conduct site inspections and report operational issues
  • Ensure proper manpower deployment and shift coverage
  • Support CAFM updates and work order closure


Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Minimum 1–10 years of relevant FM maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of building systems, PPM, and reactive maintenance

Experience in CAFM systems is an advantage

Good reporting and stakeholder management skills

Experience in FM projects within KSA is preferred

Immediate joiners preferred
