High-rise building MEP manager required

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5–7 years in a managerial role on high-rise or large-scale building projects.
Proven experience in the execution and coordination of MEP systems in high-rise towers, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
Strong knowledge of international standards and codes such as NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, and local authority regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrated experience in managing MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Ability to review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
Experience in coordinating MEP works with structural and architectural disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM (Revit/Navisworks) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and value engineering related to MEP systems.
Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems for high-rise developments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
