A private Principal in Jeddah is recruiting an Executive Personal Aide for a senior, long-term, principal-facing private-office role under a formal written employment contract.
The role covers personal-office administration, formal Arabic/English correspondence, business-document tracking, travel logistics, confidential personal coordination, and light household-staff oversight. It is based at the Principal's residence in Jeddah. Live-in accommodation is preferred and offered on professional terms with private quarters. Travel may be required.
Experience in formal protocol environments — government, diplomatic, royal, or senior private — is strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the Principal's personal and business calendar, schedule, and commitments — anticipating his needs and operating one step ahead.
• Engage proactively with business and investment matters — tracking related correspondence and coordinating with business advisors and the family office on an administrative basis only (no recommendations, solicitation, negotiation, or investment advice).
• Draft formal Arabic and English correspondence with government ministries, vendors, business advisors, and international contacts.
• Read business documents and reports; prepare concise written summaries and briefings.
• Manage travel logistics — flights, hotels, visas, transport, and on-ground arrangements.
• Provide light oversight of household staff standards (supervision only — no kitchen, cleaning, or domestic labor).
• Handle confidential personal matters, vendors, errands, expenses, and records with absolute discretion.
PACKAGE & TERMS
Highly competitive package commensurate with experience and qualifications, including private accommodation where applicable, transport allowance, and full medical coverage. Iqama transfer or full employment visa sponsorship provided. Working schedule is broadly business hours, with evening, weekend, and travel flexibility required when needed. 90-day mutual evaluation period. The employee retains their passport and personal documents at all times.
The Principal's identity and full contract terms will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates before final-stage interviews. All applications are treated in strict confidence. No application, visa, placement, or processing fees will ever be requested.
This role does not include childcare, physical security, domestic labor, investment advice, or personal financial decision-making.
MUST-HAVE
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, law, public administration, or international relations.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior private office, executive aide, or comparable trusted principal-facing role.
• Fully bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — including the ability to draft formal correspondence in both languages without supervision.
• Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive personal, financial, and household matters.
• Comfortable across multiple digital platforms (Apple, Microsoft, Google) and confident with spreadsheets.
• Transferable driving license accepted; conversion to a Saudi license post-hire.
• Valid passport and ability to travel when required.
• Live-in at the Principal's residence in Jeddah preferred; otherwise full-time on-site presence in Jeddah is required.
• Comfortable with pets present in the home.
CHARACTER
• Long-term mindset and comfort working closely with one Principal over time.
• Sound judgment and the maturity to offer honest perspective when warranted.
• Proactive — anticipates needs and acts before being asked.
• Composed and capable of directing other staff with clarity and respect.
• Maintains clear professional bearing across long days, travel, and protocol settings.
You'll no longer be considered for this role and your application will be removed from the employer's inbox.
