Job Title: Business Development Executive — Construction Sector
Job Description:
YAMAS Al-Arabia Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Business Development Executive to enhance our team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
This is a performance-driven role where your earnings grow directly with the results you deliver. The right candidate will have strong relationships in the Saudi construction market and a proven track record of securing construction contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new construction project opportunities across Saudi Arabia
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities, developers, and private clients
- Lead tender prequalification submissions and manage client relationships
- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth targets
- Prepare and present proposals, capability statements, and company profiles to potential clients
- Monitor the market for upcoming projects and tenders in the construction sector
- Report weekly on pipeline status, client meetings, and opportunities
- Represent YAMAS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Coordinate with internal teams (tendering, engineering, finance) on bid strategies
- Achieve annual new contract value targets as agreed with management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the KSA construction sector
- Strong existing network with developers, consultants, and government clients in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record of securing construction contracts — references required
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Eastern Province (Dammam / Khobar)
- Saudi nationality preferred — open to non-Saudi candidates with strong KSA market knowledge
What We Offer:
- Fixed monthly package: SAR 14,500
- Company car or car allowance
- Project Award Bonus per signed contract:
- Small project (up to SAR 10M): SAR 5,000
- Medium project (SAR 10M–50M): SAR 12,000
- Large project (SAR 50M–200M): SAR 30,000
- Mega project (SAR 200M–500M): SAR 65,000
- GIGA project (above SAR 500M): SAR 120,000+
- Annual performance bonus based on target achievement
- Medical insurance + annual air ticket
- Real earning potential: SAR 200,000 – 400,000+ per year based on performance
