1. Lead end-to-end bidding for large-scale projects owned by PIF affiliates, and be fully familiar with local government project tendering processes.
2. Manage the entire bidding process, including tender review, bidding strategy formulation, cost analysis, proposal preparation, compliance review, clarification and timely submission.
3. Cooperate with technical, engineering, cost, legal and other teams to ensure the completeness, compliance and competitiveness of bidding documents.
4. Utilize and expand local supplier and subcontractor resources in Saudi Arabia to support project quotation and bidding implementation.
5. Conduct bidding risk assessment, program optimization and cost control to improve the winning rate.
6. Communicate with clients, consultants and relevant authorities to clarify tender requirements and resolve bidding issues.
7. Summarize bidding experience, optimize document templates and improve the company’s bidding management system.
1. Responsible for the bidding of large-scale projects exceeding 500 million Saudi Riyals under PIF (Public Investment Fund) or Saudi Aramco. Familiar with the bidding process of Saudi government-related projects.
2. More than 15 years of relevant working experience, including at least 5 years in the Saudi region. Possess local supplier resources to support bidding work. SEC-registered engineers will be given priority.
3. Candidates with working experience in general contracting for projects owned by PIF subsidiaries, Saudi Aramco or similar clients will be preferred.
