Job description

  • Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns or service needs.
  • Accurately document customer complaints, vehicle symptoms, and requested services in the job order system.
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs.
  • Coordinate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and track service progress.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Conduct final vehicle walk-through with the customer, explaining services performed and addressing any additional questions.
  • Promote preventive maintenance and additional services when appropriate to enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate unresolved concerns to the service manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer service bulletins, recalls, and technical standards.
