Job description
Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns or service needs.
Accurately document customer complaints, vehicle symptoms, and requested services in the job order system.
Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs.
Coordinate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and track service progress.
Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and managing expectations.
Conduct final vehicle walk-through with the customer, explaining services performed and addressing any additional questions.
Promote preventive maintenance and additional services when appropriate to enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate unresolved concerns to the service manager.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer service bulletins, recalls, and technical standards.
Skills
Good knowledge of how cars work and common maintenance needs.
Ability to understand and explain vehicle problems clearly.
Strong communication skills – speaking and writing clearly with customers and technicians.
Friendly and professional when dealing with customers.
Good at solving problems and staying calm under pressure.
Able to work well with others as part of a team.
Can use computers and basic programs like Microsoft Excel and email.
Experience with service software or dealership systems is a plus.
Good time management – able to handle multiple tasks and keep things organized.
Able to suggest helpful services or products to customers when needed.
SCE Certification
(Saudi Council of Engineers) or equivalent is a plus.
