The Head of Division - Event Staffing is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of staffing for events in Doha, Qatar. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively coordinate teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet the needs of various events.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent for event staffing.
- Coordinate with event planners to understand staffing requirements and expectations.
- Oversee training and development programs for staff to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize staffing costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess staffing effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Lead a team of staffing coordinators and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
