Job description

The Head of Division - Event Staffing is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of staffing for events in Doha, Qatar. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively coordinate teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and operational expertise, enabling them to drive the division's success while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet the needs of various events.
  2. Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent for event staffing.
  3. Coordinate with event planners to understand staffing requirements and expectations.
  4. Oversee training and development programs for staff to ensure high service standards.
  5. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize staffing costs.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  9. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess staffing effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  10. Lead a team of staffing coordinators and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
