Job description

We are a growing manpower company based in Doha, Qatar, looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager.

Your main role will be to boost sales, increase client acquisition, and expand our market presence in the manpower and staffing sector.

You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and leading sales strategies to grow the business consistently.

Skills

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in manpower, recruitment, or

HR services

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales and client management
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Confident, professional appearance and personality
  • Goal-driven, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Computer skills: MS Office, CRM systems, lead tracking tools
