We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to join our team as a Senior Events Staffing Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of mass event staffing, ensuring operational readiness and workforce quality across all projects.
As Head of Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our premium staffing operations for high-profile corporate events. Your role involves meticulous planning, people management, and service optimization — all to ensure that each deployment reflects the excellence our clients expect.
You will:
- Design and implement detailed deployment plans and shift rotations tailored to each client’s event requirements, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Assign Account Executives and on-ground staff according to client briefs, making sure that each event is executed with the right team, skills, and presentation.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards, taking immediate action on any violations to maintain service consistency and professionalism.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Senior Recruitment Assistant to align client expectations with staff capabilities and availability.
- Lead structured post-event debriefs, gather team feedback, and drive improvements in processes and service delivery.
