Job description

As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will oversee all pastry production, lead product development, and ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will play a key role in shaping the culinary identity of Rich Chocolatier, bringing expertise, leadership, and passion to the heart of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the pastry and chocolate production for all outlets
  • Innovate and create world-class desserts, pastries, and signature confections
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all products
  • Lead, train, and inspire the pastry team to achieve excellence
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with the executive team on seasonal menus, product launches, and brand development

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in luxury or fine-dining pastry environments
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior pastry role
  • Expertise in chocolate work, modern techniques, and classic French patisserie
  • Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Creativity, precision, and passion for innovation
