Job description
As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will oversee all pastry production, lead product development, and ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will play a key role in shaping the culinary identity of Rich Chocolatier, bringing expertise, leadership, and passion to the heart of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the pastry and chocolate production for all outlets
- Innovate and create world-class desserts, pastries, and signature confections
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all products
- Lead, train, and inspire the pastry team to achieve excellence
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with the executive team on seasonal menus, product launches, and brand development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in luxury or fine-dining pastry environments
- Proven leadership experience in a senior pastry role
- Expertise in chocolate work, modern techniques, and classic French patisserie
- Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
