Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure consistent high quality and presentation of all chocolate products.
- Lead and train junior chocolatiers and production staff, promoting best practices.
- Manage ingredient inventory and procurement to support production schedules.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams on seasonal and specialty chocolate collections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production or quality issues efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Chocolatier in a professional setting.
- Advanced knowledge of chocolate tempering, ganache preparation, molding, enrobing, and decorative techniques.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage production processes and train junior staff.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Formal culinary or pastry arts education is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment:
- Work in a temperature-controlled production kitchen.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours during peak seasons.
