1. Supervise the overall preparation and presentation quality to ensure premium standards.
2. Lead and manage the kitchen team, delegating daily tasks efficiently.
3. Control food costs and handle purchasing for the breakfast section in coordination with inventory management.
4. Innovate seasonal recipes and update the breakfast menu regularly to keep it attractive and fresh.
5. Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed (HACCP compliance).
6. Train and upskill kitchen staff in cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
7. Engage with customers when needed and utilize feedback to improve offerings.

• Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English).
