The role of Country Manager - will overall manage the Branch of Country of Operation. This is pivotal role for the company's strategic operations and growth within the Middle East. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the OSV industry to ensure operational excellence.

Commercial activities - In collaboration with Commercial ManagementOperational activities - (Technical, Marine, Husbandry and HSEQ)Purchasing and Logistics activities: - Ensure that all procurement processes are respected as per company policy Financial activities: - Ensure all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, P&L and Balance Sheet of the Business Unit are properly and timely maintainedLegal and Tax activities: - Make sure the Business Unit is in compliance with all applicable laws, in collaboration with Legal and Tax Management in head officeHuman Resources activities: - Manage the personnel and help follow up recruitment and training of employees of the Business Unit in collaboration with local HR where applicable and HR Management in head office
Profile
A successful Country Manager - Shipping should have:
A strong background in OSV industryProven expertise in operations management and strategic planning.Preferably MBA in marketing, commercial affairs, maritime and/or international business.At least 5 years' experience in a sales/marketing/business unit management function, preferably in the oil/shipping sector.Excellent computer skills - Pack office.English language
