Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Background in wellness and clinical genomics preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Medical Devices industry.
- Must have sales experience in genomics.
- Strong understanding of the genomics market, including competitors, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Good knowledge of the UAE Market.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
