Profile
Minimum 8-10 years of professional culinary experience, including Mediterranean and Japanese cuisines.Proven leadership in managing kitchen operations, training, and team development.Creative and innovative with a strong track record of recipe development and menu refinement.Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with ownership.Arabic-speaking preferred, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural kitchen environment.
