Job description
·The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall administration and quality of services at Red Sea Global. This includes oversight of clinic operations, governance, ensuring high standards of patient care and customer service, and planning and deploying essential resources to meet operational requirements. The Clinic Manager plays a key role in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing medical supplies, and fostering continuous staff development through training and performance management.
- In conjunction with the Medical Services team promote a high profile and positive image for the clinic
- Promote a high standard of customer satisfaction by developing a culture of customer service excellence amongst staff.
- Ensure quality control & improvement in all aspects of customer service & patient care.
- Ensure a clinic patient database is maintained in an accurate & timely manner & that such data is utilized in the promotion of customer service programs.
- Maintain responsibility (with assistance of the Customer Relations Manager) for all aspects of member feedback through surveys, feedback mechanisms, complaint, suggestion & compliment handling.
- Ensure quality control on all aspects of customer service and patient care.
- Co-operate with management in its fulfillment of its legislative obligations.
- Take reasonable care to ensure their own health and safety and the safety of others.
- To report any injury, hazard, or illness as soon as possible.
