Technician - Electrical(Auto)

Job Summary:

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in vehicles and field equipment, ensuring efficient performance in line with company standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company rules, procedures, and instructions.
• Perform electrical repairs on vehicles and equipment (generators, compressors, mud pumps, etc.).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures.
• Repair and replace components such as alternators, starter motors, and wiring harnesses.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain vehicle AC electrical systems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze results to identify issues.
• Test vehicles and equipment to ensure proper performance after repairs.
• Identify wear and tear issues and report to supervisors.
• Order spare parts and provide technical recommendations when required.
• Complete all documentation, inspection sheets, and reports accurately.
• Follow inspection checklists and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide accurate repair reports to supervisors.
• Respond to roadside assistance when required.
• Attend required training and stay updated with new technologies.
• Ensure all work is completed within agreed timelines.
• Adhere strictly to HSE and safety procedures.
