Job Summary:

Responsible for denting, body repair, and painting of vehicles and equipment to maintain them in good condition as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform denting, panel beating, and body alignment repairs.
  • Repair damaged panels, straighten frames, and restore vehicle structure.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust, grease, and old paint.
  • Fill dents and scratches using body fillers and smooth surfaces for painting.
  • Mix and match paint colors as per specifications or original vehicle color.
  • Apply primers, base coats, and finishing coats using spray equipment.
  • Operate and adjust spray guns for proper paint flow and coating thickness.
  • Inspect painted surfaces and correct defects such as uneven coating or bubbles.
  • Carry out polishing and finishing to achieve high-quality output.
  • Remove and refit parts (mirrors, trims, etc.) during repair and painting.
  • Apply rust-proofing and protective coatings where required.
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for MOI inspection.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe and clean condition.
  • Dispose of hazardous materials as per safety regulations.
  • Maintain daily work records and complete inspection checklists.
  • Follow HSE and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
