Job Description:

We are a custom furniture and interior execution company based in Kuwait, specializing in high-quality carpentry and upholstery works including wardrobes, TV units, sofas, beds, and full room solutions.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate between the design, production, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit project sites to supervise ongoing work and ensure smooth execution
  • Take and verify accurate site measurements before production
  • Coordinate with carpenters, installers, and suppliers
  • Ensure all work is executed according to approved designs and specifications
  • Monitor finishing quality, alignment, and installation details
  • Inspect materials to ensure correct selection (wood, fabric, accessories)
  • Identify and resolve issues before and during installation
  • Maintain daily progress updates with photos and reports
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in carpentry, interior fit-out, or furniture supervision
  • Strong knowledge of materials, fittings, and finishing details
  • Ability to read drawings and understand design layouts
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driving license in Kuwait is preferred
