  • 5–10 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial services, oil & gas, or power sectors
  • Proven experience in selling services such as chemical cleaning, descaling, hydro blasting, lube oil flushing and filtration, or related maintenance solutions
  • Strong understanding of industrial plant systems, including heat exchangers, boilers, pipelines, and turbomachinery
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders including:
  • End users (Maintenance/ Rotating Equipment Engineers)
  • Shutdown/ maintenance contractors
  • EPC contractors

               in the following sectors:


  • Oil & Gas (upstream, downstream, refineries)
  • Petrochemicals
  • Power generation and desalination plants
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Experience coordinating service delivery, including mobilization, site execution, and client interfacing during shutdowns/turnarounds
  • Good understanding of local regulatory requirements, including import/ export regulations, HSE standards, chemical handling, and waste disposal regulations
  • Familiarity with vendor registration processes and tendering procedures within major operators and industrial clients
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage the Kuwait market, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and the capability to operate with minimal supervision from regional headquarters
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
