We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of executive offices, managing complex schedules, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. This role requires exceptional discretion, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Education
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in administrative professional programs are a plus.
Experience
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative support role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Skills
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with back-office software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms).

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to task management.
