Purpose
To lead, manage, and coordinate all engineering activities related to Oil & Gas projects
(EPC/Construction), ensuring full compliance with contract requirements, client
specifications (KOC/KNPC/JO), international codes and standards, budget constraints, and
project schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise multi-discipline engineering teams for Oil & Gas projects.
Ensure all engineering deliverables are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in
accordance with contract specifications and project timelines.
Review ITT documents, identify technical risks, and support tendering activities when
required.
Coordinate with Client (KOC/KNPC/JO), Consultant, and internal departments to resolve
technical issues.
Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO, IEC, etc.) and client
standards.
Lead design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID workshops, constructability reviews, and technical
meetings.
Monitor engineering progress and report status to management.
Ensure proper coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction
teams.
Control engineering budget and manpower allocation.
Support site team in resolving technical issues during construction and commissioning
stages.
Ensure as-built documentation and final dossier submission compliance.
Qualification and Skill
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline).
Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil &Gas projects.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial or lead engineering position.
Experience in KOC / KNPC / JO project is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of EPC project execution.
Excellent knowledge of Oil & Gas standards and specifications.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
