Implement and monitor HSE management system at construction sites.
Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, JSA, and safety audits for piping/pipeline works.
Ensure safe execution of excavation, lifting, welding, hydro-testing, and heavy equipment operations.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) system and SIMOPS activities.
Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare corrective action reports.
Provide HSE training and induction to site personnel and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with KOC HSE procedures, ISO 45001, and local regulations.
Promote zero-incident culture and support emergency response preparedness.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Safety preferred).
Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas site construction.
Must have previous experience with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, or JO in piping or pipeline construction projects.
KSE Membership is mandatory.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction safety, pipeline safety, and hazardous operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for site teams.
