Implement and monitor Quality Control plans for mechanical construction activities at site.
Perform inspections on piping fabrication, welding, fit-up, NDT, hydro-testing, and installation.
Review and approve contractor ITPs, method statements, and inspection checklists.
Witness critical activities such as material receiving, welding, NDT, and pressure testing.
Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and mechanical completion dossiers.
Coordinate with client inspectors and third-party agencies.
Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to project quality standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas site construction.
Must have previous experience with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, or JO in piping or pipeline construction projects.
KSE Membership is mandatory.
Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent) and NDT Level II (RT, UT, MPI, DPI).
Thorough knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API standards, and KOC specifications.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
