As the Jr. Talent Specialist within avertra your job is not just to find and place candidates; but rather it is an exciting venture on building good relationships with candidates and future candidates. This position requires someone with good attention to detail and strong administrative skills who is looking for a position that allows them to utilize their technology skills, negotiation skills, and superior people-person skills. Will be responsible for full-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of technical talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop numerous relationships with executives and hiring leaders and gain in-depth knowledge of our client base.


Main Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and hiring procedures.
  • Support hiring initiatives by coordinating with hiring managers and tracking recruitment progress.
  • Manage sourcing channels and help build candidate pipelines under guidance.
  • Maintain and update the job descriptions database.
  • Prepare draft offer letters and support offer coordination with selected candidates.
  • Maintain the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new hires (documentation, system access, orientation scheduling).
  • Support exit interviews and document feedback for review.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, including documentation, access removal follow-ups, and checklist completion.
  • Support internship program administration and tracking.

Talent Operations & Compliance

  • Support workforce planning activities by collecting and organizing relevant staffing data.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files in line with internal policies and data protection standards.
  • Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of talent management processes and documentation updates.
  • Support in maintaining and updating the organizational chart as needed.
  • Escalate compliance concerns to the department head when required.
