Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Team and work closely with Product Owners and the Chief of Product across the full product lifecycle. You'll take ownership of design execution from discovery to handover, shaping user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and ready for real-world implementation. Design is a core partner in product decisions here — not an afterthought — with clear ownership, structured feedback, and real impact on shipped features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end UX and UI solutions for product features and improvements
  • Translate Jira design requests into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to align designs with product goals and roadmap
  • Sync with Tech Leads to validate technical feasibility and implementation constraints
  • Present designs for review, iterate based on feedback, and drive alignment through approval
  • Prepare clear design handovers including specs, interaction states, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Support developers during implementation and handle design feedback through release
  • Contribute to design critiques, accessibility reviews, and design system consistency
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
  • Maintain and evolve shared component libraries and design tokens to ensure scalability

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product design for web products
  • Strong UX thinking with solid UI execution and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and component-based design systems
  • Experience working in agile, sprint-based product teams using Jira
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Portfolio ready to share demonstrating shipped product work

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience with design handover tools such as Zeplin or Figma Dev Mode
  • Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS, design tokens) to facilitate developer collaboration
  • Experience conducting or participating in user research, interviews, or usability testing
  • Background working on B2B or SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to design systems at scale or contribution to shared component libraries
  • Understanding of data-informed design and comfort using analytics to guide iteration
