Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Unit. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.     
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
