A huge leading industrial company is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced documentation coordinator and as follows:
Executive & Technical Duties
· Confirm checking and receiving original lc from finance department.
· Prepare documents in accordance with LC instructions to release them before arrival of vessel and goods at discharge port.
· Contact customers to receive instructions for both vessels and containers.
· Ensure timely and accurate documentation to secure payments.
· Follow up and audit shipping documents to ensure that all documents are adequate for payment collection.
· Maintain customer satisfaction regarding the timing and process of shipping documents.
· File, organize and record each vessel and container shipment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
· Minimum five years of experience in banking ,shipping documentation, letter of credit (LC) role.
· Familiarity with incoterms.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate with international clients, shipping lines, vessel agents and surveyors.
· Good team worker.
· Fluent in English language.
· Can work under pressure.
· Excellent computer skills.
· Advanced knowledge of MS word and Excel
· The successful candidate should be a non-smoker.
