Digital Content and Communications Specialist

The Content and Social Copywriter / Specialist is responsible for developing high-quality written content and supporting the digital presence of MOSECO Group and its affiliate companies. The role combines content writing, social media management, basic design support, and website content management to ensure consistent communication across all digital platforms.

The position plays an important role in translating complex technology, telecom, digital infrastructure, energy, and IoT solutions into clear, engaging content tailored for B2B audiences.

Content Creation

• Write and edit professional content for:
• Corporate websites
• Social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
• Company profiles and brochures
• Case studies and project highlights
• Press releases and corporate announcements
• Event and campaign messaging
• Translate technical information into clear marketing content suitable for business audiences.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone across all communications.

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Develop engaging posts aligned with marketing campaigns and business priorities.
• Manage social media publishing and basic performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with designers and marketing team members on visual content.

Website Management

• Manage and update website content across company websites.
• Upload and edit content on the company CMS (WordPress or similar platforms).
• Coordinate with developers when structural updates or new pages are required.
• Ensure website content remains up to date and aligned with company messaging.

Design Support

• Create simple visual content for digital platforms including:
• Social media graphics
• Marketing materials
• Presentation visuals
• Work with design tools to support marketing campaigns and content publishing.

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support product launches, corporate announcements, and event marketing.
• Write email marketing and promotional content.

Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Marketing team
• Business units
• Technical teams
• External designers or agencies when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
