To deliver professional, accurate, and customer-focused counter sales services by handling reservations, ticketing, payments, and customer inquiries, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with Royal Jordanian policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer requirements and requests in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Issue airline tickets and process deposits and payments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide passengers with essential travel information, including flight schedules, travel times, fare conditions, and transportation connections.
  • Make flight reservations, explain applicable rules and conditions, and provide accurate fare quotations.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding Royal Jordanian flights, schedules, dates, fares, and ticket prices.
  • Inform customers of flight availability and recommend the most suitable connections when multiple flights are involved.
  • Compile and maintain daily balanced sales and transaction reports in line with finance and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Services section to resolve passenger issues, complaints, and service recovery cases.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable aviation and commercial regulations.
