Where You’ll Make a Difference


  • Deliver Exceptional Employee Support: Provide outstanding customer service for all Travel & Expense (T&E) inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.


  • Policy & Process Guidance: Address employee questions on travel policies, processes, and systems with clarity and efficiency.


  • Expense System Expertise: Support and troubleshoot expense management software to ensure smooth operations.


  • Training & Education: Educate travelers and business unit personnel on expense reporting, reimbursement procedures, and compliance guidelines.


  • Credit Card Account Management: Reconcile and research corporate card accounts, review soft limits, and audit flags to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to travel policy and tax/legal requirements.


  • Compliance & Risk Reduction: Monitor reports for compliance and assist Corporate Security and Audit teams in reviewing specific cardholder accounts.


  • Best Practices Advocacy: Promote proper expense reporting, manage past-due accounts, and guide traveler terminations.


  • Travel Coordination: Oversee employee travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications while collaborating with airlines, hotels, and partners for seamless execution.


  • VIP & International Travel: Manage elite and VIP group travel arrangements and handle complex international ticketing processes.


  • Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze ticketing and expense data to identify trends and implement process improvements.


  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on airline regulations, travel industry trends, and ensure compliance with company travel policies.


  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of travel plans and uphold corporate travel guidelines.


  • Communication & Issue Resolution: Research and resolve traveler setup issues or misapplied payments, interacting effectively with peers and management.


  • Timely Payments: Ensure all corporate card payments are reviewed and processed on time.


What Makes You The Right Fit


  • B. Com. Or Finance graduates with 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry (BPO/Call Centre/Travel Industry)


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle international calls effectively.


  • Strong knowledge of booking systems and procedures.


  • Flexible to work in regional shifts (Open to any shift)


  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


How Would You Stand Out?


  • Working experience in tool like using tools like Concur and BCD.


  • Prior experience with Travel and Expense Product Concur and TMS preferred.


  • Ability to perform well under pressure with strong organizational and time management skills.
