Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of experience in account management and/or sales Experience managing enterprise client accounts Experience owning a mix of new business and upsell/renewal sales motions Experience supporting technical recruiting or overseeing hiring of technical recruiting squads for clients in India Fluent English Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on contracts or deals in the USD 100k range Proficiency using Zoho CRM Willingness to travel approximately 10%
