Our Client is a Texas based company which provide an end-to-end semiconductor test and automation solutions, specializing in pre-silicon design, post-silicon validation, ATE production. They offers engineering services, PCB fabrication, and mechanical design with a global presence, including locations in India, the US, Germany, and Singapore. 



An Ideal Candidate:



  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR/IR/PM or related field.
  • Experience: 5 to10 years in HR
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR Operations, onboarding, Pay role, labor laws, negotiation skills, Performance management, Factory Act etc.
  • Job Location : Chennai - Ambattur Industrial Estate.
  • Working days : 6days ( Monday to Saturday) - Work from Office.

Key Competencies:



  1. Recruitment Management (End-to-End): Drive full-cycle recruitment, with a heavy emphasis on hiring blue-collar and technical staff for a manufacturing/EMS environment.
  2. HRMS & Documentation: Manage HRMS applications and ensure accurate, timely updating of employee databases, records, and documentation.
  3. HR Generalist Functions: Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
  4. Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive employee engagement activities, training initiatives, and act as a point of contact for employee grievances.
  5. Performance & Compliance: Support performance management systems and ensure adherence to statutory compliance and labor laws.
  6. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department.
