HR Director — FinTech | DIFC, Dubai

Salary: up to AED 80,000/month + Equity/Options

A high-growth FinTech in DIFC (think Revolut-style pace and ambition) is hiring an HR Director to build and lead the people function through rapid scaling. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate strategically with the leadership team, while also staying close to execution across hiring, performance, culture, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full People strategy: org design, workforce planning, and scaling roadmap aligned to business targets
  • Build a high-performance culture: performance management, calibration, talent reviews, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Lead senior hiring strategy with Talent Acquisition (and personally support critical leadership hires)
  • Design and implement compensation, benefits, and equity frameworks aligned to market and growth stage
  • Ensure DIFC/UAE compliance across policies, contracts, employee relations, and governance
  • Lead employee experience: engagement, communications, retention, and manager capability building
  • Partner with leadership on change management during growth, restructuring, or new market expansion
  • Build HR operations foundations: HRIS, reporting, people analytics, and scalable processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO/Founders and leadership team on people risk and decision-making
