About Company:



Our client is a Transaction Banking Platform enabling Corporate, Commercial & Institutional clients to make agile, secure & robust transactions with Embedded Finance & SaaS. Our aim is to provide deep domain expertise to ensure seamless business transactions for domestic cash management and payments. escrows, trade finance, supply chain finance & custodial services in close collaboration with banks.



An Ideal Candidate:



An ideal candidate should have minimum 2-5 years of experience in business solution in Corporate & Transaction Banking. Should have good understanding of business requirements. Should have experience in preparing documentation to assisting with testing, deployments, and post-launch activities. Should have experience in coordinating with the support team to understand production issues. Should have experience in analyzing issues, validate fixes, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.



Key Competencies:



Requirement Analysis & Discussions



  • Interact with business teams to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations.
  • Document requirements clearly and refine them based on inputs from stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirement review or grooming discussions to ensure clarity before development starts.

Documentation



  • Create and maintain:
    • BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) — outlining business needs and expected outcomes.
    • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria — for development and testing reference.
  • Update process flow diagrams, change logs, and requirement tracking documents as the project progresses.

Working with Cross-Functional Teams



  • Collaborate with:
    • Developers to clarify requirements,
    • QA/Testers to ensure adequate test coverage, and
    • UI/UX Designers to ensure solutions are user-friendly and aligned with expectations.
  • Assist in reviewing preliminary solution designs, wireframes, or prototypes.

Testing & Quality Support



  • Review QA test scenarios and test coverage.
  • Support testing activities such as sandbox testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Perform functional and technical validation of APIs.

Communication, Approvals & Review Sessions



  • Participate in walkthroughs, review meetings, and demo presentations for business stakeholders.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and sign-offs during requirements, testing, and release stages.
  • Share progress updates and highlight risks or issues when necessary.
