Job Summary

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting practices, regulatory compliance, and effective financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently while supporting business decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
  • Handle financial audits, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely closure of audit observations
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and external use
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory deductions
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting requirements
Essential Qualifications
  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Relevant experience as per category:

    • CA: Minimum 2 years
    • Non-CA: Minimum 5 years
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial analysis)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
