Job description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.


  • Providing technical support service to our customers remotely and on site
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
  • Provides technical service and support to new and existing customer networks
  • Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
  • Perform site survey
  • provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports using zoho desk ticketing system ,ManageEngine tools.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications and peripherals
  • Perform required maintenance for Cameras, NVR, Time attendance, Access Control, Network nodes and cables installation.

  • Information Technology
  • Electricity knowledge.
  • Virtualization.
  • Comptia N+, Comptia A+, MS Office are essential.
