- Lead sales, marketing, and brand positioning to maximize market share
Operations & Manufacturing Excellence
- Oversee multi-plant operations across IQF, frozen, canned, and concentrate production lines
- Drive operational efficiency, capacity optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure excellence across different plans, maintenance, (OEE) and asset utilization
Supply Chain & Procurement
- Lead end-to-end supply chain from sourcing to distribution
- Optimize procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging
- Ensure supply continuity, cost efficiency, and logistics excellence
Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC) and regulatory requirements
- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across all operations
- Maintain highest standards for product quality and customer satisfaction
Human Capital & Organization Development
- Lead organizational design, talent strategy, and succession planning
- Build high-performing leadership teams across all functions
- Drive performance management, culture transformation, and employee engagement
Digital Transformation & Data Analytics
- Lead digital initiatives including ERP, BI dashboards, and automation
- Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
Governance, Risk & Compliance
