Strategy & Corporate Leadership

•  Define and execute long-term corporate strategy aligned with growth and profitability objectives
•  Lead strategic planning cycles, including expansion, diversification, and transformation initiatives
•  Ensure alignment of all business units with corporate vision and objectives

Financial Leadership & Value Creation

• Own full P&L responsibility with focus on EBITDA growth and margin expansion
•  Drive capital allocation and investment decisions as part of investment committee. (NPV, IRR, ROI)
•  Optimize cost structures and improve financial efficiency

Commercial & Export Leadership (Critical)

• Develop and lead end-to-end commercial strategy (pricing, channels, product mix, market penetration)
• Drive export growth and international expansion across GCC, Africa, and global markets
• Build strategic relationships with key accounts, distributors, and international partners
• Lead sales, marketing, and brand positioning to maximize market share

Operations & Manufacturing Excellence

• Oversee multi-plant operations across IQF, frozen, canned, and concentrate production lines
• Drive operational efficiency, capacity optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure excellence across different plans, maintenance, (OEE) and asset utilization 

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Lead end-to-end supply chain from sourcing to distribution
• Optimize procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging
• Ensure supply continuity, cost efficiency, and logistics excellence

Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC) and regulatory requirements
• Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across all operations
• Maintain highest standards for product quality and customer satisfaction

Human Capital & Organization Development

• Lead organizational design, talent strategy, and succession planning
• Build high-performing leadership teams across all functions
• Drive performance management, culture transformation, and employee engagement

Digital Transformation & Data Analytics

• Lead digital initiatives including ERP, BI dashboards, and automation
• Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Establish strong governance frameworks and internal controls based on policies and authority matrix. 
• Lead enterprise risk management (operational, financial, compliance risks)
• Ensure transparency and alignment with board and shareholder expectations

Stakeholder & Board Management

• Act as primary interface with Chairman, Board of Directors, and investors
• Present business performance, strategic plans, and financial results
• Manage external relationships with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders
