Develop and implement export sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments to ensure smooth export operations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales within the FMCG industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
